AGC spoke about Singularity

We would like to share with you some news on a recent presentation that AGC gave at the Computational Engineering lecture meeting held in Japan from May 29th to May 31th.

AGC explained the how containers are important technology for their research and development. AGC also explained how Singularity is a good solution for HPC and AI big centers because it does not need root access to execute containers.

Many university students, teachers and professors including Nagoya University participated this session. Also, in the Q&A session a university professor said Singularity will be used in most of the big HPC centers in Japan starting next year. Therefore, he said his recommendation you should start investigating Singularity from now on.
