Pacific Teck has engineering capabilities in house to install and support all of our products. Technical support is available in your local timezone in English, Japanese and Chinese and can be reached via firstname.lastname@example.org.
L1-L3 support is provided to the end user as follows:
L1 – Contact with end customer (Pacific Teck or SI)
L2 – Local technical support window – addresses most technical issues and acts as a bridge to developers (Pacific Teck)
L3 – Developer level issues such as bug fixes, patches, and feature requests (provided in partnership with technology vendor)
As an add-on service, we are also available to conduct installations on-site or remotely.
Our highly qualified staff has been deeply involved in some of the largest computing centers in Asia and the South Pacific and have industry leading technical expertise in Linux operating systems, interconnects, file systems, job schedulers, and containers.
On a case-by-case basis, our engineers may also be able to assist with installing products outside our normal lineup.
